Congratulations to Nick Barlow who completed over 300 hours mentoring at Ohio Motorcycle this past year – 160 this semester – through the HCSD Career Mentorship Program!! Nick gained knowledge and experience in the areas of Maintenance, Sales, Parts and Customer Service. He also completed online training through Honda Online University, Yamaha Online Technical Training and Suzuki Online Training. As his mentor stated, “I have worked with many individuals who have substantial knowledge of the industry. I notice that only a few outstanding individuals are willing to study the business practices, department functions and methods and really embrace their learning of the subject matter. Nick Barlow’s observational skills and ability to grasp the tasks he observed are far above those of previous individuals with whom I have mentored.” Best wishes to Nick as he continues his education next year at The Ohio State University to study Mechanical Engineering and Business.
