Symphonic Choir Chosen to Perform

Hilliard Darby Symphonic Choir has been selected to perform for the American Choral Directors Association Convention next week in Ft. Wayne Indiana near the Indiana-Purdue campus.  Our choir was chosen to perform from hundreds of entries across the United States.  We will be performing for music educators from across our county and will present a half hour program featuring an extended work (a memorized 40 page Renaissance motet with brass and organ.)   The students have worked very hard and have captured the attention of OSU professors on the caliber of our program.  The choir will be accompanied by our own John Montgomery and Joe Burke, along with former members of the choir playing brass.
